We’re working with a multinational bank to transform how it manages high volumes of emails related to trade processing. Thousands of emails are received every day regarding the resolution of exceptions and the status of event processing. We are leveraging a generative AI solution that is built to review, understand and automatically direct large numbers of emails daily to relevant teams with a high degree of accuracy. It also drafts responses for the human operators to enhance productivity and impact. Our work will help reduce manual effort and risk, boost worker efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.

We’re working with a European banking group to transform its knowledge base and make it easier for users to find information. Built with Microsoft’s Azure architecture and a GPT-3 large language model (LLM), the application quickly searches vast collections of documents to find the correct answers to employees’ questions. We’re also helping upskill its employees, so that they can scale data use across the banking group, supporting its three-year innovation plan.

We’re helping a global platform leader enter the generative AI space with its own proprietary solution. Backed by the power of one of the largest cloud-computing platforms, these new models are pre-trained on contextual, industry-specific data sets, including both text and images. These models will accelerate processes by answering questions and providing automated content across HR and IT support, product design, document management and much more.
