HFS ranks Accenture #1 for employee experience services

New report recognizes Accenture as the undisputed leader in employee experience services

HFS assessed twelve companies according to their OneOffice Model, which presents an ecosystem of employee experience (EX), customer experience and partner experience. Accenture ranked #1 in execution, innovation and alignment and ranked #2 for voice of the customer. Due to its end-to-end capabilities, and outstanding feedback from clients, Accenture emerged as the clear industry leader for ways of working that are equally human-centered and tech-enabled.

In the latest study—"Organizational culture: From always connected to omni-connected"— Accenture Research surveyed 5,000 workers and 1,100 C-suite leaders on employee experience. The findings on how people currently feel at work are a revelation:

  • Only 17% of respondents feel a sense of connection to their work, teams and organizations.
  • Only 27% of employees feel like they truly belong and bring their authentic selves to the workplace.
  • Only 1 in 4 employees believes their company cares for them. 
  • Leaders overestimate their workforce connections across all levels — resulting in a 2x disconnect.
  • Yet, companies with omni-connected cultures are forecasting 10% or more revenue growth in the next 3 years (87% vs 46%).
